NAVbuilder Inside consists of a APIs, toolkits, and geo-content feeds that allow developers to quickly create or enable their apps with interactive maps, custom layers, directions inside their app, geo-content, and fast, accurate locatio.
NBI geo-content feeds include Navteq Traffic, gas prices, local events from Eventful, movie showtimes, and Weather. Using NAVBuilder Inside, Developers can also monetize their apps using the Couponing API. Developers gets paid 70% of the revenue. And, Verizon promotes and features apps using NBI in their App Stores and Android Marketplace.
In the NAVbuilder Inside Zone, the NAVTEQ Network for Developers also has technical documentation on how to get started with NAVbuilder Inside. NN4D has provided“getting started” sections for Android, BlackBerry, BREW and Windows Mobile. You can find these technical documents in the in the “Guides and Resources” section.
